well. first of all um... cluster B disorders. BPD is. that. a cluster B personality disorders. we have THREE! clusters. A B C.. their categorized by different traits. cluster B disorders are categorized by dramatic, emotional/erratic behaviors or patterns of thinking..!

theres. antisocial personality disorder.. histrionic.. narcissitic.. and borderline

Chronic feelings of emptiness Emotional instability in reaction to day-to-day events (e.g., intense episodic sadness, irritability, or anxiety usually lasting a few hours and only rarely more than a few days) Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment Identity disturbance with markedly or persistently unstable self-image or sense of self Impulsive behavior in at least two areas that are potentially self-damaging (e.g., spending, sex, substance abuse, reckless driving, binge eating) Inappropriate, intense anger or difficulty controlling anger (e.g., frequent displays of temper, constant anger, recurrent physical fights) A pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships characterized by extremes between idealization and devaluation (also known as "splitting") Recurrent suicidal behavior, gestures, threats, or self-harming behavior Transient, stress-related paranoid ideation or severe dissociative symptoms1

BOOM. ^ nine symptoms. 5 are needed for a diagnosis BUT its difficult to .. just. GET a bpd diagnosis. if your a minor they probably will Not take you seriously as it develops in early adulthood !

its also a SPECTRUMMM guys. bpd comes in all shapes and sizes...

personally i think i have quiet bpd which is a subtype..! its not Officially Recognized under the DSM-5 but.. the dsm 5 is. the dsm 5.. its considered "high functioning" bpd but i think thats like. Mean to say.. LMFAO.

essentially quiet bpd internalizes while "normal" bpd externalizes. whenever i get upset its rare for me to Lash Out or even express it but. its there.. this manifests in like. self destructive/self sabotaging behaviors

also. nobody told me that autism + bpd + cptsd are like. a package deal. they all have overlapping symptoms and often even Come together? which makes a LOT of sense ? (bpd usually has comorbidities/comes with like. depression.. anxiety.. a buncha. stuff. a whole bag of goodies)
