Saw this contest as a great way to 1 redesign my old Nightwing oc, and 2 rename her (From Nova to Stardust) Stardust is a pretty bean She's a mind reader hatched under a blood moon (according to the wiki nightwings that have get the power of mind reading under a blood moon can project their thoughts into any dragon's mind. I don't see lots ocs with this power so BOOM! She be getting it.)
