like can you just not? It doesn't solve anything honestly in my opinion if you want to get some anger out or sadness talk to a therapist! Don't.cut.children 👏👏
i personally used to do it because it would help me feel better about myself in a way. it made me feel like i was getting what i thought i deserved? and it would be a reminder to myself that no one really cares in the end. cutting your wrists isn't something meant to be funny. at least it wasn't for me.
i'm getting out of it, dw dw!
it's difficult sometimes. but that's why i have tHeRaPyyYY.
