Before getting to camp, Fierygaze licks the kit free of any Windclan scent that will give it away. He can't risk anything now. Redkit meows a bit in protest, and Fierygaze eventually finishes cleaning the kit. Fierygaze picks the kit up by the scruff again, and heads to Riverclan camp.

Entering camp, clanmates let out gasps at the sight of Fierygaze and a kit. Nightfall, Riverclan's deputy (Just an oc), looks at the warrior with narrowed eyes. "Fierygaze, where did that kit come from?"

Fierygaze puts down Redkit at Fierygaze's paws, inorder to speak. "I found a kit meowing in the forest. I was wondering if we can take in this one into our camp." Nightfall thinks for a moment. "I will tell the news of this kit to Lilactstar." Fierygaze: "Of course."

Nightfall goes into the leader's den, and Fierygaze waits. Soon, Nightfall comes out with Lilacstar. The she-cat climbs onto a rock. "May all cats old enough to swim gather under Wet Rock for a clan meeting."

Lilacstar: "Fierygaze says that he has found a kit somewhere in the forest." She looks down at Fierygaze and Redkit. "Is this true?" Fierygaze: "Yes." Lilacstar: "Where?" Fierygaze: "Border between Shadowclan and Riverclan. The kit was in a bush, hidden from sight. If it hadn't made a sound, I wouldn't have known it was there." Lilacstar thinks for a bit, then nods. Lilacstar: "I know you are a great warrior, Fierygaze. I believe you."

Lilacstar looks over to the Nursery. "I believe your sister is nursing her kits. Perhaps she can help nurse the kit." Fierygaze: "Redkit. That's what I want to name him" Lilacstar: "Redkit...alright. Nice name." Lilacstar: "From now on, Redkit will be a part of our clan. Anyone who dares to go against the idea may talk with me."

Cats return to their duties, though some exchanges glances with the kit. Fierygaze ignore them, and brings the kit inside the nursery. Shypoppy, Fierygaze’s sister, looks at the two cats, then at Redkit. “So this is the kit Lilacstar was talking about?” Fierygaze nods. “Can you please feed this kit, Shypoppy?” Shypoppy purrs. “Of course.”

Fierygaze gently puts down Redkit, and the kit meows, wobbling towards Shypoppy. He latches on to Shypoppy’s stomach (idk what they call it) and began suckling.

Shypoppy looks at Redkit with warmth. “I’ll take good care of Redkit, Fierygaze. You can go do what you need to do.” Fierygaze: “Thank you, Shypoppy.”
