it is a good thing that I know how to use files

ok so if someone is giving you a file that will give you a link and it will leed to a program I like to yous file.io and than it will give you the chose to download the file and then when you download the file you go to the drawing tool or whatever you want to call it and then go to you go to the settings and there should be two arrows a red one that is pointing down and a green one that's pointing up to get the file onto your screen you press the red one and then you go from there.but if you want to let someone else use the file you go to file.io But first you need to draw something or whatever you want to give to someone else and then you press that green button and that should let you download the picture and then you go to file IO and that should say upload and then you upload that picture when you get the link and then you give it to that person
