I'm in so much pain.... so much ****ing pain........ and the people that "love and care" for me... dont even seem to take notice.... they look at me and think "oh, they're fine." "They're not in pain." "They're just fine" "It'll pass soon" What does it take to be actually loved.... actually cared for... what does real love and affection feel like.... I really should just end it all....
