(( Maybe relaxing music or pills will help? Turning off all distractions will help too. )) He sighed and looked around. "I'll get you free, buddy." He began to try and shatter the glass with his fists.

He began to search the room for any clues or hints at the code.

He grumbled as he saw nothing. "You poor thing....know any clues that might help? Anywhere a piece of paper might be?"

He jumped and froze.

"U-um..." He glanced at the boy with a look that said: 'I'll set you free, I need to be careful.' He nodded at the scientist and got the suit, walking up to the scientist and sneakily pickpocketing the keycard.

He waited for the perfect moment.

"I'll stay here and look, I'm the best tracker here. It would be quicker without any distractions. If you guys would, please leave so I can look."

"Can you guys let me concentrate and get out now?" He arched a brow.

"I'm always safe." He closed the door after they all left. He made sure they were a good distance away before he used the keycard to open the door. "Hurry!"

He looked confused but grabbed it. "Do you want me to inject you with it?"

He blinked and gave it to the boy.

He looked surprised and intrigued.

He smiled and got up. "Your welcome." He walked out too.

"Well, you're quite small. So, if we're careful enough." He picked up the boy and hid him in his labcoat. "We can get out of here quickly and stealthily."

He nodded warily and slowly walked out of the room.

Soon enough he was at the front door of the lab, opening it carefully and quietly.

He soon was outside, making his way to his own lab. He whispered, "I'm taking you to my personal lab. I won't do any tests, I'll just leave you and that little creature alone if you need it. I have plenty of rooms and food, money won't be a problem either, so just make yourself as comfortable as you need in there."

He shook his head. "I've pulled many stunts like this. Those other scientists are too scared of me to do anything."

He soon stopped in front of his lab, opening the door and letting the boy down. "Feel free to explore. But before you do or dont, what's your name?"

He stared. "Uh...cool name ^w^'' " ))

He blushed, slightly embarrassed. "Oh no, you can choose a name yourself, I don't want to impose my opinions onto you."

"Um...alright.." He looked a bit ashamed of the language barrier. "Do you have any words you specifically like?"

"Destructer, Bruction, or Burtion?"

"Then that is your human name. Well then, Destructer, you can go explore. If you need help with anything, ask me or Ray."

"Ah, here. Ray, hon, would you mind introducing yourself?" Ray's voice began, "Hello other non-earthling! I see Naga can't keep his little kidnaps under control?" Her voice had no beginning and no end, seemingly nowhere to be heard but everywhere at the same time.

"I don't really know. One day she just spoke here and seemingly never left."

"Not at all. I probably have rats, they eat up my wires sometimes. So they can have how ever many they want."

He stretched and waddled into his room.

He shot up and rushed towards the sound. "What happened?!"

"Dear god I thought one of y'all done caught Maxxie or Moxxi and killed them."

He looked concerned and looked at the 'rat'.

"Uh...what exactly is that thing?"

"The big red rat, I mean.."

"Hey uh, little creature, can I see what's in your mouth? I won't let it escape, I promise."

He looked terrified, pulling 508 out after prying the creature's jaws away. "You can't eat him!! Oh god, 508, are you okay!??"

He hugged 508 closely, rubbing his back comfortingly. "Shh, calm down boy, calm down..." He whimpered. "508 is literally my best friend and companion! You can't eat him!!!"

He sighed heavily. "Don't ever ever ever try and eat him again, ya hear?" He pet 508 more, "Are you hurt, hon?"

He sighed again and got up, going into his office. He sat 508 down and stuck a healing needle into his arm. "There. It'll heal faster." He got out bandages and wrapped his arms. "I'm so sorry you had to go through that...While they are here, do not ever leave my side. I want you safe..." He hugged 508 gently. "At night, try and sleep somewhere under me or my arms, okay?"

"Would an apple cheer you up?"

"Hey, look at me..." He placed his index and middle finger under 508's chin, scratching it gently. "I will never ever let that happen again. And if it does, you have all the authority to be upset at me. But one things for certain, I'm not going to let that creature take you." He got up and walked to the kitchen. "Destructer, can you come here?" He called, giving 508 an apple.

"Here." He pulled out a dead rat from under the fridge, giving it to Destructer. "This is what a real rat looks like. You can have it if you'd like."

"This is a rat." He grabbed a mouse from under the cabinets. "THIS is a mouse. Well, an earthly mouse."

He nodded.
