LinkI don't know, I just felt like drawing him. Probably because he wears such cool clothing (I like cloaks and masks, and he wears both!)

LinkAlso I made a sort of mistake, although it's not really a problem: he's supposed to have completely pure white hair, but it looks sort of grey
I don't know who this is, but you drew him really well. I like his design!
