Arza was a sweet and sad brothel worker in her younger years. She would listen to any clients that broke down and poured out details from their sad, sad lives to her, and not make any judgements. One night, she was pouring a drink for a regular, when she spotted someone new out of the corner of her eye. It was a handsome young man, clad in jewelry and a flushed, drunken face. A face she'd recognize any where- King Badul. He had just lost his very sick wife the day before, so what was he doing here? Then she noticed his very rich friends next to him, coaxing him to drink the pain away, and that he was much more fun this way. She clutched the fabric on her chest. She had always admired him from afar, and though she felt bad for him, a small part of her was glad that his wife was gone, and that he was now here, in front of her, drunk and vulnerable. She hated that part of her. She hated herself for what she was about to do next. She walked over to him, and gave him a kind and dazzling smile, and reached her-

-hand out to him. That began it all. The next morning, she awoke, and the King was gone. She had had her moment with him, the seemingly short and almost unreachable moment. Now, he had had his drunken fill, and went back to his lavish kingdom, to mourn for the wife her loved dearly. She felt tears bubble up, her pink half Fanalis eyes glowing. Months later, she had a noticable baby bump. She smiled weakly at the child growing within her. The King's child. However, her tired happiness quickly faded, never to last, as she realized her sad reality. She couldn't keep this child of hers. She would have to return her baby to the Kingdom where she belinged. A chid of Royalty, or any child for that matter, shouldn't be raised in the slums by a mother that couldn't afford her. When she gave birth, she named her baby Kaguya. A few days later, when she was stable, she threw on a tattered cloak, and headed toward the castle, baby in arms. She snuck in through the King's window, fortunately unnoticed. She explained-

-the situation to Badul. He took the baby from her arms, and looked down at it. She looked back up at Arza, a hint of grief in his light golden eyes. He offered her a position to her as a nursemaid in the castle. The only catch was, no one was allowed to know that this child was hers. She was to be a quiet nursemaid, watching her child grow up from afar, lonely. She hesitantly acceted. Anything to be with her child and the man that she loved. That didn't love her back. She looked up with a start when she heard a creak, only to see a small child with lavender eyes, and the mint green hair of the deceased queen. She threw her hood over her head and quickly fled back to the slums, to tell her best friend of the news, and that she'd be moving. The next morning, she returned to the castle, and started her new life, as a quiet, anonymous nursemaid. She was greeted with the sight of the young child of the Queen and King, Yorara, cradling her new 'little sister' in her arms with a smile, townspeople crowding around-

-and filing into the castle to meet the new daughter of the King. Kaguya was known as the 'mistake of the King.' "He was drunk, and mouring, I guess these things just happen." "Poor thing, to have an unknown whore for a mother." "Disgraceful." Arza sat in her chambers, silently crying. The whispers about her daughter killed her, and yet she couldn't do a thing. All she could do was tend to the sick and injured as time went on. As Kaguya grew, she would visit her for minor scrapes and bruises, caused by exploring with Yorara. Kaguya would tell her that she always wanted to meet her mother. How she longed to know what her mother looked like. How much she hated her mother. Hated her father. Hated the townspeople. All Arza could do was bite her tongue. When Kaguya would leave after being treated, the happiness that bubbled up in Arza's heart, would quickly fizzle out, and be left with an empty feeling. Lonlieness. However, she made this decision, and she would go on to watch and love her daughter forever,-
