I'd say a 6.5/10 or a solid 7
The crying is very smooth along with the blinking
But the end is a little fast with the hand and arm just appearing, and some of the right eye (viewer's right) isn't erased all the way. The lines all get thicker at the end as well, this can be fix with the use of layers.
