well, i mean i already went to a shitty therapist once... it wasn't called therapy cuz most of my family thinks it's just sadness, but my grandma took me and it was dogshit. i had to take anti depressents but not anti depressents cuz im not legally allowed them yet, and the tablets done nothing. im pretty sure they were just sugar to try and get me to think i was better
Oh,well,you should try going to the doctor and see what your diagnosed with,and go to a proper therapist with other family members if you can,anti depressants aren’t a way to cure it for me. They do nothing,just chemicals and other horrible stuff. Depression is sadness,hope your doing ok right now! If you ever need someone to talk to just hmu ok?
