first it was just school then quarintine and yk the issolation was getting to me i hadnt been outside or felt the wind in weeks,i couldnt talk to any of my friends,so i mentally went bleh and ig it showed cuz my dad would ask me almost every day if i was ok and everytime i told him i was fine i felt like i should have told him and maybe i'd feel a bit better about myself these days
