People who have premium get a few codes I think every 1 or 2 weeks? On how would they give the code, they could send it here, or they could ask for another thing (such as discord) to send you the code so no one else takes it and uses it.

Depends on the person who is giving the code I believe. I got mine either for free or for drawing something for them, I can't remember. Some people on here may just offer codes if you ask, or ask for art or smth in return. That's all I know though
