Linki have pe next lesson and we have to run and when i run i get a full on asthma attack, but since my mum doesn't think i have asthma, she told me to not take my puffer to school, so now i'm gonna have an asthma attack-

i understand 100% tho-
I have asthma so i can't do much running
But to try and avoid having a asthma attack, don't push yourself will running, drink alot of water, and breath evenly as you run. Better yet, only run as much as you can. Take a break if needed and if your instructor says something tell him/or her that it's giving you trouble to breath.
