LinkName: Kelpie
Full title: Princess Kelpie of the Seawings
Age: 5 (This WWYD takes place after the 3rd arch :3 So we’re gonna ignore how book 15 isn’t out yet)
Likes: Pulling pranks, alone time, swimming,
Dislikes: Crowds, others having high expectations of her, being stuck in one place, dragons pestering her.
Little tidbits: Kelpie almost never mentions the fact she is seawing royalty to other tribes as she doesn't want to be treated as something special. She has no interest in the throne, and refuses to enchant things for others.
Other important info: Seawings have repaired and now use the Island palace, and the summer palace is under normal construction to hopefully be repaired so that it’s use-able again. Kelpie is an animus but has only enchanted one thing (a small rock that’ll clean up any mess the user wants and she often carries it around in a small pouch). Coral is still queen and all three of her daughters are alive.

The seawings, having completely prepared the old Island place, have invited many dragons from all the tribes to attend a party. Mostly to help keep good relations through the tribes. And for whatever reason, your oc was invited. Your oc is walking around the party when they spot a seawing laying on the beach and away from the party. After a bit of your oc staring at them, they look over, WWYD?

Kelpie: *Snorts a bit* "I don't like crowds, that's why I'm not in the party. And as for your question, *She looks at Osprey* "Just about everyone lives in, or around the Deep palace sense the Summer palace was destroyed."
*Starts absentmindedly messing with a pouch around her neck*

Description: He has the same personality of Clay but he wont back down any fight
*The mudwing looked at the seawing and waved*
Sludge: My mom drank some of it and she stormed back home because of it. I laughed at her and said I would stay a bit longer.
Sludge: *He laughed* She is the daughter of the queen so kinda. I wont tell her it was you tho because you seem like a good person. You wanna be friends?
Kelpie: *Her smile drops, as her face turns to one that's a little more thoughtful* "Friends?"
*Thinks about she doesn't have meany/any friends outside of her family, before giving Sludge a friendly smile* "Yea, that'd be nice. OH! Wanna exchange secrets? That's a thing friends do right!?"
*Her smile grows a bit any coldness from before completely gone*
Sludge: Sure! That's what they do! *He was very happy because he really never had any friends*
Kelpie: *Taps her chine a little thinking, before suddenly getting up and coming back with a glass of punch. Then she proceeds to dump it onto the sand making a small mess.*
"I have this" *Pulls rock out of pouch* "It can clean up any mess the dragon holding wants it too! I haven't told anyone about it, watch!"
*The spilled punch on the sand proceeds to slowly vanish until the sand is left clean and dry.*
Sludge: Oh cool! I don't have anything like that! Where did you find it?
Sludge: I always get pushed around and told to do things because I am in the "royal family" and I have to follow there rules or I will be banned from the kingdom... I also never really have friends as much because of how much I have to work. *He looked at the ground* But that will maybe change since I meet you!

im doing Haddock
He's a pure SeaWing (he has an older sister named Mariana who is a sea/night hybrid but thats not relevant)
BuT- he's an albino dragon- a blue so pale that he looks like snow. He has pale, ice-blue eyes, light grey horns and the membranes on his wings/fins/talon webs are pale pink.
He is artistic, and he prefers to be alone. His sister is the only company he truly likes (until he meets an albino SkyWing named Albine-- but that's another story). He has painted murals all across Pyrrhia, most of which are in the Kingdom of the Sea. He was invited to this party only because he painted a mural along one wall that borders the island with murals of the other tribes (per Queen Coral's request that this be a multi-tribal meeting spot).
He is 9 years old
Likes: Mariana, Albine, being left alone (but only sometimes), art, murals
dislikes: being touched (espescially on the head), being lonely, the idea of drowning

Haddock is trying to edge as far away from the party as he could without anyone noticing. He glances around at the SeaWing who was sitting there, alone, and decides to go strike up a conversation.
"H-hi," he stammers, "This party- uh, it's - there are a lot of dragons aren't there?"
He blinked at her, unsure if she was making a joke. His webbed talons fidgeted with the smooth, pale sand. "Why were you invited?" he asked, then shook his head. "i mean- i mean, why were you invited? Like, ah, i wasn't trying to be rude or anything, but," he flapped his wings anxiously. "You know what I mean, right?
Ack- *cries in no ref*
Ight, so Ig I’ll be using Alibi (Alibi Hatter is her full name)
Most accurate scale desc I can give *cry*: She has an almost white purplish primary color for her scales, which silently fade to a beautiful snowy sky blue, almost like a frozen lake. Her wings are a very white lime green and her spikes on her head are the same color as both (from front to back for spikes) go from a white-ish lime green to a lime green. She has the little frills (Idk what to call them) that RainWings have along with a nice pair of sharp fangs, almost identical to her tail, which is thin to whip-end.

OC backstory, story: Alibi is a dragonet, close to the age of 8 years old. She’s very stubborn and her eyes almost remind everyone of Blister, which she hated but also liked, as though people actually feared her. She IS half RainWing (Has a brother named Ni’fl, but he stays in the Sky Kingdom for most of the time (because of some kind of blah blah blah 😒 L-O-V-E—S-T-O-R-Y. LIKE, EW, GROSS🤢). She has lots of little hiding spots and pockets for knifes, throwing stars, and, her favorite, kunai! Something seems odd about her, not just the half RainWing part… (Find out in rp!! :D)

Personality: She most acts like she NEEDS to fit into the crowd, although that doesn’t really work due to her snarling-fierce personality. She almost always keeps her head held high and acts the way dragons tell her to; but when it comes to her decision, she always chooses to fight.
|:| Alibi would silently look around the corridors, trying to find out where the treas- UhHHhHH, I MEAN EXIT IS, eheh, yeah, exit… ->-“ Soon enough, she saw a small tail movement from the other room (or outside if you want). Alibi immediately stopped moving, slowed her breath and quietly tip-toed to where she was now about 10 feet from the SeaWing. |:|

``I feel ya, but it seems soooo fun in their, so fancy and so maaany jewels,`` |:| She teased (friendly teasing)|:|
|:| She stumbled upon words until she found the right vocabulary terms without trying to sound too suspicious, |:|
“I was just… looking at- uh… the- erm… outside…?”
|:| She shrugged cautiously and then gave a silent nod |:| “I suppose so,” |:| She then let her scales slightly shift to a more yellow color as the sun shone on her scales. She curled her tail in despite the major discomfort of not being in the Ice Kingdom already. She shifted her talons. Then curiously asked, |:| “you related to anyone here?”
|:| Alibi sort of flinched at even the thought, then slyly lied, |:| “Yes, actually. My mother is in the dining area at the moment I think.” |:| This would give her some more time to think up a story about her parents, anyways. |:|
|:| She let her shoulders relax, some of her scales shifting from yellow to a light pink then to a beautiful lavender color. “Yes. Quite calm. |:| She let the wind blow her frills on the side of her face, the scents of coconuts making her stomach growl a bit. Some of he scales quickly shifted to a light pink. |:|
It doesn't have to be to terribly long or detailed. Just like, name, tribe, age, little bit of personality and or likes and dislikes, and if they have anything like mind reading, fire scales, magic ect.
(And if you used Starshifter you've use 'em enough that a description wouldn't be necessary :3)
