His first ability is what allows him to aid in healing
It gives him a 2.5% speed boost but gives him a chance of falling over because he doesn't have arms he doesn't have very good balance he had a chance of dropping the heal he has as well
If he's being chased by a twisted he can fall over and kick despretly bc why not???
While he's kicking he can either stun or confuse the twisted chasing him if they get too close
