alright some things that you should work on:
the sweater, it isn't fitting right on the character. imagine the character as a 3d figure, also look up refs!!
the hair looks a bit chunky, a way you could fix that is using smoother lines and thinking of the hair as many layers of hair instead of one.
I also feel like the flowers are a smoll tad to saturated and take away alot of the focal off of the main character, maybe desaturating them a bit??
other then that it's overall satisfying and nice looking^^

okay design
before I start, every design is totally opinion based, so this is just how I think it could be improved.
8/10
the colors work nicely together so I don't have anything to say about them.
It has something unique, the shark tail, nothing to say about that.
The only thing that I think can be improved is the design on the arms and legs. They look a bit randomly placed and I think something more structured would pull it together better. (for example: squares, triangles, stars, stripes,) you could also add multiple patterns for diversity. But a very nice design overall^^
art wise:
okay i think basic wolf anatomy and furry anatomy needs to be practiced (ik its painful but totally worth it) try breaking down each part into basic shapes!! it makes everything SO much easier and you'll be able to draw a pose angled differently effortlessly. The right arm looks a bit awkward where it's placed, so maybe moving it the opposite direction would fix that. Also because of where the head and eye are placed, you would only be able to see half it's snout. That's about all I can think of^^

4/10
Firstly you executed the focal point very well with the stream of light falling to the eye.
Shading: Try to figure out where the light is coming from, think about where the shadows would be then. try practicing this with still life drawings!!
I feel like this paints a clear picture of what's going on and that is the most important aspect in any art piece. so props to you for that^^ just keep practicing and you will improve!!
8.5/10 ok ok i have alot to say about your artwork
your style is so unique and expressive like out of this world,, it just looks so cool >:O
The contrast with the black and white definitely makes the character stand out which works in your favor.
The only thing that bugs me a bit is the colorszzz
grr colors can be impossible sO ill try to make this simple:
first: use color theory, your colors will drastically improve just from learning a few combos.
use saturation to bring the viewers eyes to the focal point. (The stars are a completely different color and very saturated, I recommend toning them down a bit)
Other then that a very awesome piece!!!
