my mom is downstairs sleeping and my dad isnt here but both of them always just act like im being a drama queen and overreacting when i tell them im having a panic attack. my mom just says "not everything is a panic attack" and tells me to go back to bed (or bak to whatever i was doing before)

shes already asleep again i dont wanna wake her up i she just fell asleep

well i mean she had just woken up so she was probably half asleep anyway
