Linkis it bad if i suddenly cant tolerate like. anyone. like i dont know what happened but one day suddenly everyone around me (other than a selective 1-2 close friends. in comparison i have like at least 15 good close friends.) and like. other than strangers. even people texting me "hi" has started to piss me off. i cant even talk to my boyfriend right now because it just makes me feel frustrated and awful.??? does anyone have any ****ing idea whats causing this cause like. wtf

sounds like emotional burnout, but im not a professional
i do know that it is completely normal to need time alone from people. its comeen if your overstimulated, stressed, or been through some sort of trama/ drama.
its definitely okay however its not a excuse to hurt otheres (something that comenly hapwhen theese feelings arise) i recomend to comunicate, let ur bf and others know that your stressed and need space and that you will come to them when your feeling better. but definitely do ta,e time for yourself and treat yourself, that can be in eather doing nice things for yourself or even crying, punching pillows or whatever it is that helps you let ur bilt up stress out
i havent hurt anyone if that seems like it was implied. im not sure if itd be emotional burnout either because im completely fine and cheerful when im not talking to certain people. im not even really that upset or stressed out about anything right now
ill try that, but i dont think my boyfriend will take it very well honestly ,,
i think ill go do some research cause i dont really know what emotional burnout looks like either. thanks for the insight <3 /gen

you dont have to in a bad mood or overly stressed about something to experience burnout, it can hapen slowly overtime. alao some people/freinds need more effort to talk to compared to others, also the ishue may not even be a you problem it could be the people your talking to are the ishue (but thats just a theory)
its conserning that ur boyfriend would find ishue with you doing what you need to take care of yourself.if he may misunderstand it as you not wanting to talk to you then youll just have to be careful about how you word it (i can help wt wording if ya need)
but yeah definitely look into it and find what fits your feelings and experience best, @Phych2Go is a great YouTube chanle with little cartoons that explains a lot of mental health issues and how they work (they also do storys) but thats a good place to start :3
whatever it is i hope you can figure it out or find what helps you feel better ^^
