Let’s be honest, the chances for it being the emoji movie all over again is pretty high. It has HEAVY advertising, it’s setting is in the ****ing internet, and it has so many cringey websites in it.
Please don’t have high expectations. It’s a money grab
TBH I had somewhat similar thoughts when the trailer came out. I liked Wreck It Ralph and wanted a sequel, but the trailer made it out to become dated and shit.
After seeing some reviews for it, I think it'll be good, but not as good as the original.

Damn it stop coming out with sequels! That's all the consumers ask! And Disney's coming out with LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE LIVE-ACTION REMAKE you could imagine!

Although it takes a lot of time to make a live-action movie, i'm sure everyone can agree the original animation would be the best one. People usually try and add too much to the second movie to try and make a good sequel, and it ends up with angry consumers everywhere.
Plot twist: The Dumbo remake is out already and it had Danny DeVito for some reason.
