It’s the theory that certain colors can make you feel a certain way or intensify a feeling, like blue would be sad or cool as one would say and yellow and orange would be energetic a happy feelings it’s way deeper than that but that’s just the basics,it gets more intricate with tones

If you go to art school they for sure gonna teach you bout this(dont Go to Art school it’s a waste of time and money)

If you want an art piece to be more joyful lighter colors will definitely help especially with skin tones it’s really fun
