One day (the main character) decides to ask his friend about the crimes but, the friend is like what are you talking about? There have been no missing cases. The main character decides to ask a bunch of people and they're like what are you talking about? The main then shows a missing poster to the friend from earlier. The friend is like That's a school dance flier. The main character decides to take it into their own hands. SO he's searching and he meets a girl who is also searching for clues.
