Been doin that It helps same with hot showers or just hot water Luckily it’s starting to go away and the coughing isn’t as violent anymore So glad my family gets decaf tea tho It’d suck to be dehydrated on top of the coughing lol

The allergies or this cold or whatever this is Has gotta stop I’m so tired of all the coughing like UGH
