Amen Personally for myself I think I like the idea of like- a flawless romance? And that’s something that can be easily imagined with fictional characters. But like once I think of like a realistic romance with a real person my brain goes EWWW NO BLEH

And I think it’s mostly because if I imagine a fictional (romantic) relationship with a fictional character it’s more like- nice and fluffy and can stay in the realm of fiction.
