Good morning/evening, FA! I hope you all slept well, regardless if it's actually morning for you.
Sleep is a very important thing! Without it for too long, you become sluggish, slow-thinking and obviously, tired. But it can also have an impact on your mental health; not getting enough sleep at night can lead to you actually gaining things like insomnia out of body's habit, or even hypersomnia (sleeping too much) to "make up for it".
Make sure you get a good amount of sleep each night, and try your best to not pull all-nighters if you don't need to.
Cheers,
DS

-Get a stress toy, or something to help slow down your thoughts, like toy sand or a stress ball
-Play a game with a zen-mode on it
-Drink tea
-Sit outside for a little bit, if the weather is nice
-Write an encouraging message to yourself, others or the general masses; trust me, it helps. I should know, I'm doing it right now!
-Talk to someone close to you, like a friend, partner or family member about something you secretly admire
-Look up videos of your favorite breed of animal
-Pace around a room or walk around outside
-Lay down and imagine yourself in a place you've always wanted to be
-Take a good nap, be as comfortable as possible
Feel free to recommend healthy ways you de-stress yourself if you believe I missed something! These are mostly things that help me, but they may not work for everyone, either because of the situation or just because it's not a good fit.
Cheers,
DS

It's okay to be stressed sometimes. Life gets us down, it's just part of being alive. But, never let that hold you back! You can do whatever you set your mind to if you really want to. It might take patience, effort and cause you a bit of stress, but once you're finally there, it'll all be worth it. Whether it's the journey, the destination, the people along the way; even if one thing is bad, there's always something for you to cherish.
Cheers,
DS
