-Get a stress toy, or something to help slow down your thoughts, like toy sand or a stress ball -Play a game with a zen-mode on it -Drink tea -Sit outside for a little bit, if the weather is nice -Write an encouraging message to yourself, others or the general masses; trust me, it helps. I should know, I'm doing it right now! -Talk to someone close to you, like a friend, partner or family member about something you secretly admire -Look up videos of your favorite breed of animal -Pace around a room or walk around outside -Lay down and imagine yourself in a place you've always wanted to be -Take a good nap, be as comfortable as possible Feel free to recommend healthy ways you de-stress yourself if you believe I missed something! These are mostly things that help me, but they may not work for everyone, either because of the situation or just because it's not a good fit. Cheers, DS

I always drink tea..and I also take warm baths spend time with Mom ect.
