Good morning/evening, FA! I hope you all slept well, regardless if it's actually morning for you. Sleep is a very important thing! Without it for too long, you become sluggish, slow-thinking and obviously, tired. But it can also have an impact on your mental health; not getting enough sleep at night can lead to you actually gaining things like insomnia out of body's habit, or even hypersomnia (sleeping too much) to "make up for it". Make sure you get a good amount of sleep each night, and try your best to not pull all-nighters if you don't need to. Cheers, DS
