LinkI can't get anything right, my art sucks. It's to cartoonish. I can't get anatomy right and I jut want to be GOOD. Is that to much to ask? Why are you even following we. My art is trash. I look up to my friends and other inspos but they make me feel so helpless. Their art is AMAZING and mine is just animals with simple lineart, no shading and no muzzle. I hate this.

Linkthat drawing above? was a wip for something I have been wanting to do. Create a ship and make them have a family. Like deery did. I just loved that. The feeling of having people to draw and their characters and them having personality and just FAMILY ituugyrrrrrbtvwierenh but that would probably be copying but I just want to have some fun. THEN I REALIZED OH WAIT HAHA YOUR NOT GOOD AT ART YOU'RE NOT EVEN QUALIFIED TO DO THIS AND NOBODY WOULD CARE OR SUPPOSRT YOUR SHIP FAMILY D:>

LinkBut seriosly when will i learn. Idk it's pointless. I just want to be ok at something. I want more followers that follow because of my amazing art. But I will never have amazing art and no matter what I will always envy those who take their 1000 followers of whatever for granted. They have amazing art and cool designs. I just wish i could be like them. I really want to just LEARN THIS STUFF. that's the thing about art. There is no right way to do it and no class of teacher could help you really get much better unless you TRY. because your style can't change THAT much and there is noone to help you along properly

Hey, I get what you’re feeling. I think you’re not having faith in your art. That’s ok, and that’s something all artists go through. You’re not alone in this, and I’m here to help. I think that you’re feeling like you want to improve your art, and that’s a good sign!! Looking at references and furry art that you like always helps me. Maybe first find a style that you’re comfortable in? Are you going for a more cutesy style, or a semi-realistic one? I can help you pick out artists that might suit what you’re going for.
And you’re right, you have to try, and I know that you’re trying. But you’re wrong in one thing: you CAN change your style drastically.
Not trying to use me as an example, but I will. Look at my first anims, and look at me now. My art and style have changed drastically.
I think you’ve just got to go out of your comfort zone. Try a different style, there’s no such thing as style theft do you can try copying someone’s ‘style’, but it’ll always turn out to be your own because you can’t,, copy a style lol
Thx <3 and you're right I'm not having faith cause it sucks. I would like a style that can do semi realistic animals. So they don't all look the same. I want to be able to shade and to draw from different perspectives. I also want to be able to draw anthro better, anatomy and all. fur and lineart sucks so that to. designing as well. and eye. Especially the eyes.

Dew.. Your art is amazing, you are amazing. You might not be at the stage you want to be right now, but its part of progressing. I love your art and It makes me feel happy and smile. It might be hard finding ways to improve when you have no motivation to but I know that you will be able to get to the stage you want to be at. It will take a while but if you keep drawing then you will get there.
