SHE HAS 2 KIDS

This black woman, i didnt see it but, i think this lady is hitting her toddler, because he/she was crying!?!?!?

shes already so loud and now shes abusing her child and yelling at them!?!?

SHe literally said "Shut the !uck up" TO A BABY AND I THINK SHES HITTING THEM- IM CONCERNED

CPS NEEDS TO GET INVOVLED-- those kids arent safe, i just heard her yell at them

i dont know what to do.. these people ever since they moved in, the police (who barely come to this complex) have been coming more often because of them- there's been police before, but they just sit in the parking lot for safety

it stopped like 5-10 mins ago and idk what happened now- i cant see her, i just heard her yelling and a crying bay/toddler etc and i dont know what number she lives in either, but she lives in the building across from me-

i dont have a phone either

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and i dont even know if that was a one time thing- like I've heard the people there being loud but, I've never heard her yell at her kid before-

i told my mom, my dads on the phone with someone else
