it turns off like every 2 minutes then i need to restart this computer to turn it back on and 30% of the time that doesn't work and it's not happening to brother's computer or anyone else's devices just mine

it's also been going on for a week or so now and it happens regardless of where i am

sometimes my wifi connection just wavers for what can take up to 30 seconds

and then decides if it wants to be on or off but it doesn't matter it it decides to be on because clicking on anything will take really long to load and when it loads it just says '"Insert website name here" took too long to respond.'
