For the colors (like the sunset background): Color the whole thing with one color, then change the next color's transparency and color over it multiple times. Also just tried to copy with the reflection (used transparency on this too) as best as I could, I wish there was a flip tool tho :( it would be so much easier. This had like 11 layers, bc I got confused halfway through. But if you already know all this stuff then, yep. I also just used references for the background.
