ok, have you told your family about anything that's going on? you should, i'm not usually online all the time to help, and i'm sorry about that.. but if there's therapy you should ask your parent/guardian to bring you there so you have a professional to help you, i'm just a dumb american 12 year old behind a screen lol

there's also online therapy i think, but certain websites don't have "real" professionals, so be wary

but that's bad for your mental and physical health :( please try to seek help, i don't want you to bottle up your emotions. that can cause you to lash out at your friends or family
like, you'll randomly scream or yell at them or snap. you'll lose yourself because of the bottled up emotions
