i can show you how to do this frist you draw something second make 2 or 3 layer and fill the top layer in with a color thrid change the opticy of the color you want to be the flashligth fill in the layler under the filled in color but not with the drawing 4th use the one that you changed the opticy of to erase a part of the filled in and WOAH ITS LIKE A FLASHLIGTH!!! i recommend .5 or .4
