Fundamentals transfer over no matter what you’re using. Anatomy, lighting, shading, color, composition, the fundamentals don’t change no matter what. If you don’t understand the fundamentals your art looks worse, simple as that. Nothing art style can do to fix it. If you use a phone you can still make those elements look good. You don’t manage to do that Sooooo
