Linkyou can't just give someone permission to make art (story or ask them a favor), give them FULL PERMISSION then piss yourself after they do the requested thing YOU WANTED then kick the person in the nuts and get mad at them knowing full well who the person is and how they are like wtf?

You cannot give someone permission to do something (like art, write a story, favor etc), knowing what kind of person they are and then they do it and then you piss yourself and have a temper tantrum.
You gave the person permission, you agreed to it, then you curb stomp them.
