Ok so my phone (Ao2s) had its internal battery swell so we went to our local Tmobile store on Tuesday and when the worker there saw the battery was swollen they said it was unfixable but if the phone has insurance they can put the SD card from my old phone to a new phone so that's what they did yesterday and the new phone is an Ao3s. It took a while for the old phone to transfer its data to the new phone that I'm currently commenting this on and the phonecase I had for the Ao2s kinda fits the Ao3s but the power button is a bit lower so I have to press the bottom of the phonecase's power button for the phone to turn on and off
