Don’t let go A tomtord Fanfic
Tord’s POV
“R-red leader?” a voice called from the crack in my doorway.
“Yes?” i replied, not knowing who was on the other side.
Paul and patryk walked in, finally someone sensible.
“Ah! Paul and patryk! How are you two?!” i asked
“S-sir, there is a message from the yellow leader..” patryk spit out nervously
“What did he say?” i asked sternly
“Well you see sir, he, ah god..” paul was clearly not prepared to deliver bad news.
“Sir they said if you don’t sign the treaty by the end of the month, they-they will attack sir, and i quote: ‘with no mercy’ sir” patryk remarked.
“What treaty?”
“The peace treaty sir, the one you agreed to four months ago and have yet to sign.” paul finally choked.
“Oh, that one..where is it again?”
“We believe you had folded it up in your pocket, but was lost after we picked you up from the hill..”
“Oh-oh..”
The last time i saw them was when

The last time i saw them was when i said i didn’t need them. I couldn’t go back, they wouldn’t take me back after what i did, especially Tom, he would definitely would hold a grudge. But if my army was actually going to be an army, then i had too, i had to go back.
I have to find tom.
“Paul, you are coming with me, patryk, you take care of my duties while i am away, lets go.”
“Yes sir.”
“Of course sir!”
“Sigh.”
“Sir are you okay?” paul concerned
“I am fine, just operate the helicopter vær så snill.”
[Translation-please]
“Okay sir…”
Tom i and weren’t good friends, clearly, i wonder what he would say…

Tom’s POV
“Tom! Play quieter!” edd yelled at me.
“Okay!”
He seems much too picky lately, i mean after everything, i guess he has a reason-
“Tom! Come on!”
“OKAY!”
Gosh, why does he have to interrupt my inner monologue?
“Do you prefer me just to stop all together?!!”
“Yes!!”
“Sigh.”
I decided to see what the commotion was, because if i couldn’t play at least watch tv.
“What'cha watching edd?”
“The children, new episode, shush!”
“Okay sheesh.”
But i didn’t want to stop, stop talking, i had so much going through my mind, giant robots, explosions,..tord. I wanted my mind to be a peace, but like that would ever happen.
As long this scar is on my arm, he is never going to exit my mind. Tord would never leave my head, even if i wished him out, he’d always come back.
“Wanna drink?”
“Yeah, the usual.”
“Alright.”
I walked into the kitchen to a cola and some b
“Matt what the heck is that?”
“My toast with a new ingredient!”
“That’s disgusting matt.”
“It actually is quite good thank you!”
“Okay then.”
Matt is weird but he is one of my only friends. In my entire life time i have only had two friends: matt and edd.
They are always there for me, like a friend should be and they are, but tord, he’s the vain of my existence.
He’s the devil’s horns to my angel wings.
“Hey tom?”
I practically jumped to the ceiling.
“Y-yes matt?!”
“You’ve been really edgy lately, are you okay?”
“I-i’m f-fine matt, really.” cheesy smiles always get him to lay off
“HEY TOM THERE’S SOMEONE AT THE DOOR!”
“Why can’t you get it?!”
“CAUSE IT’S YOUR DOOR!”
“Sigh.”
I walked up to the door and opened it.
“Hello-oh, what are you doing here?” i asked
“Well ed wouldn’t shut up so i came over here, do you mind?”
“No, no! Come on in.”

“Hi Edd, sorry showing up unannounced!” mark seemed relieved to be in my house
“You’re fine!” edd changed his mood quite suddenly
“Hi mark!” matt finally finished eating
“Matt.” mark replied
“Kitten shopping?” i really wanted to change the subject
“YEAH!” matt and edd replied
“Okay?” mark had no idea
Tord’s POV
“Are we almost there paul?”
“Wait i thought you knew where it was..”
“YOU DON’T KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING?!
“N-no..”
Sometimes Paul can tick me off, but him being one of dads I have to take it easily.
“Okay paul what are are coordinates?”
“Um, i thought you brought the tracker sir..”
“You mean YOU DON’T HAVE IT?!!”
“N-no sir i don’t”
“WE’RE LOST AT SEA?!!”
“Y-yes sir we are.”
“P-paul, i-i don’t feel so good!”
“Si-sir please try to hold it in!”
I felt really sick, i felt like

“Why, it’s a flare!”
“Follow it! It might take us to dry land!”

Tom’s POV
“Why is there a random flare in my room” I asked matt
“Oh! Yeah we found that so we put it in here!” Matt replied
“Okay?”
Well there’s only one thing to do with a flare, release it! I took it outside, took off the top, and smacked the bottom, making the flare shot through the sky.
I wondered who would see it, what would they do?
“Hey Tom?”
“Yeah, oh, what Mark?”
“Why did you just set off that flare?!”
I shrugged in response.
“Something to do.”
“Ah. okay.” He looked very confused
“This why people don’t come to our houses, we don’t make any sense!”
We both laugh, not knowing anything about that flare.
Tord’s POV
“Hurry Paul before it fades!”
“I’m trying sir, we go any faster the engine will blow!” Paul screamed through the raging winds.
I was worried, what if the flare faded? What if the engine DID blow, we’d be lost at sea, and all for a stupid peace treaty. Yellow and I didn’t always get along, he is going out of a big limb here, but he mostly just wants to work with us for our weapons, you see each army has their perks.
The Blue, their tanks.
The Yellow, their numbers.
The Red, their weapons.
And The Black, well they are so well hidden no one knows anything about them.
“PAUL, BIRD!”
“Oh crap!”
We started to swerve, left and right, up and down.
“PAUL WE ARE GOING TO CRASH?!”
“Sir i don’t know tay ca-”
We were falling out of the sky.
“WE’RE GONNA DIE!”
“TORD!-j-just calm down, i just need to get the engine working!” Paul couldn’t comfort me, he is way to scary.
“O-o-okay, go NOW!”
“Sir i’m trying!”

“PAUL! WHERE ARE THE GUNS!”
“Um, well-you see sir, we were having some fun last night and-well-”
-Patryk cut in-
“THE GUNS GOT FLOODED OUT!!”
“Of course you two are my BEST soldiers, and you can’t even handle a gun right.”
“Sigh, what a day, BUT WE ARE STILL FALLING OUT OF THE SKY!!??”
We stopped, we stopped falling.
“HA HA! I did it sir!”
“I don’t know how to fly a helicopter and you’re in the back..”
“DANG IT!”
We were tumbling steadily, i quickly hit on the autopilot.
“There! We are okay!”
“G-g-good sir, very good, now let’s just land, p-p-please.”
“Alright!”
After a little while we finally hit ground, I thought about kissing it, but we were in public.
“Alright time to find tom’s hou-oh, wow convenite!”
We were right in front of the apartment complex.
“Wow! Amazing!” paul seemed stunned
“Tom! Here i come!” I wasn’t as confident as I had hoped.
Tom’s POV
“What was that?” I asked mark as we both stood in silence
“I-I don’t know tom” He replied
And then I saw it, a symbol on a huge helicopter in the distance, The Red Army.
I had seen the symbol before, many times really, Tord has always talked about how generous and gracious the Red Army’s Leader had always been, but this, this is way more than I had ever planned.
Two people stepped out of the plane, one shorter than the other, the other much more shaky and nervous.
“Who are those people?”
“I-i really don’t know?”
The only thing Mark ever remembered was-wait-of course.
“Get inside!”
“-why?”
“GET INSIDE!”
“O-okay!”
Me and Mark ran up the stairs and shot into my apartment, both sweaty and nervous at the same time.
I locked the door as fast as I possibly could and skidded across the floor.
“Tom what are you-?” edd didn’t even know
Once on the other side of the room I started to push the bookshelf toward the door.
“TOM!” I turned to Edd
“W-what?!”
“What is going on?!!”
“Um-well, urm, I tell you later!”
“O-okay?”
He was NOT coming in my house, I was going to make sure of that.
Knock knock, and other sounds that I can’t even explain came from the other side of the door.
“Tom open the door!”
“NO noho no!” did I sound to scared?
“Tom! Open the door!”
“But it’s MY door, and I don’t want to open it!”
“TOM! OPEN THE DOOR!”
“BUT TORD IS ON THE OTHER SIDE!!”
Tord’s POV
“Sir what’s all that banging?”
“I-i don’t know paul.”
Did Tom see us? Was he blocking the door? What was all that yelling? I had a million questions. Would they be answered?
Then matt opened the door, interesting.
“Hello-...” he was frozen in fear
“Hi Matt!”
“You-you’re alive.”
“Yes! I’m alive?”
“You’re not dead.”
“Correct!”
“. . .”
“Matt? Are you oka-”
He slammed the door in my face.
“Sir-”
“Not now paul, not now.”
Tom’s POV
“. . . it was Tord”
“HA I TOLD YOU! I-wait-oh yeah, tord. WHAT DO WE DO?!!”
“Um lock the door until he goes away?” Edd never had smart solutions.
“Really?”
“I don’t know!” Edd didn’t, and I didn’t blame him.
“Maybe we call the police!”
“When has tord ever been defeated by the police” honestly Edd come on!
“um..HE’S YOUR ENEMY YOU DEAL WITH HIM!”
“Edd calm down. You are just being stupid.”
“Oh yeah, unlike you!”
“Don’t get that with me
Tord’s POV
Does he think i can’t hear them?
“Paul.”
“Y-yes sir?!”
“Shoot the door down.”
“Sir-?”
“Now.”
He shot the door down. They’re arguing stopped and they all stared at me.
“. . .T-tord?!!”
“Edd!”
“Holy miss apple cheesecake.” tom started to rub the back of his neck.
“Matt!”
“. . .”
“Mark?”
“Don’t even start with me i‘m am leaving!”
Mark pushed right passed me out of the door, not even glancing at paul or me.
“Guys?!”
Then they all started screaming.
“WE ARE GONNA DIE!” Matt screamed shaking Edd back n forth
“maTT calm Down!!” Edd said dizzily
But Tom, he just sat down and put his head in his hands.
I walked over to him and sat down next to him.
“Hi-”
“Go away commie.” He pushed my hand aside.
Tom’s POV
Why is he trying to comfort me? He hates me and so do I.
“Go back to the depths where you came from”
“Tom..”
“You came back to say sorry-”
“No i came back to get something-”
“If it’s your hat you can’t have it.” for some reason we started laughing.
Edd and matt turned and looked at us.
“T-tom?”
“Yeah?”
“What are you doing?!” Edd was concerned
“What do you-OH MY GOD!”
Tord’s POV
Then he tumbled over.
“T-tom?”
“GET AWAY FROM ME!”
“Wha?!”
“GET AWAY FROM ME COMMIE!”
“Tom.”
“WHAT?!”
“You’re sitting on ringo.”
“oh-AGH! I’m sorry!”
“. . .” i looked at Edd and matt then at tom who had a look of worry on his face.
“Are you flustered?” i asked him, laughing on the inside.
“What? n-NO!” he was flustered.
I sat up slowly and walked around searching for the treaty.
“Why are you searching our house?!” Edd was very upset.
“Look I only came back to get something I left behind-”
“You said that last time and you almost killed us.” Edd had a point
“Edd look I will leave as soon as i-”
“No. you will leave now.”
I looked at paul, he looked at me.
“Sir-”
“No. they want me to leave so i will leave.”
“T-Tord. Here.” Tom handed me a folded up piece of paper, unfolded i saw it was the treaty.
“Thank you.”
And with that I grabbed paul by the coat and headed out the door.
Tom’s POV
“Tom what was that?!” Edd practically screamed.
“I-i don’t know!”
“T-tom?” matt was upset.
“What Matt?”
“D-Do you like him?” Edd looked at me his face red, as was mine.
“N-no! I don’t like him!” I couldn’t shrug off that guilt.
“Tom.” Edd was looking serious now.
“What.”
“I’m going home, come on Matt.” he grabbed matt and stomped out the doorway, walking right on top of the door.
“Edd-” he was already gone.
I was alone, things were flying around my head.
Tord.
Edd.
Matt.
Tord.
The end, was that what this is? Were my friends going to leave me? Was I gonna end up like Tord? Was I going to be alone? Without anybody? I don’t want to live like this.
I ran out of my house in the direction of tord, if they wouldn’t listen he would.
“TORD WAIT!”
“T-tom?”
Tord’s POV
He turned me around and looked me in the face.
“T-tord?”
“Tom!”
He slapped me.
“That was for breaking my door.”
He slapped me again.
“That was for exploding my house.”
T-then he ki-kissed me.
“And that’s dang cute.” his face was not a dark shade of red
“You have-haven’t left my mind! You still there laughing at me!” tom was very upset
“I can never let go what you did.”
“Tom.”
He looked at me tears running down his face.
“I will never let go of what i did either, alright?”
“O-okay?”
“But look, maybe i’m still in your head, maybe you don’t want to let go of me.”
“W-what?!”
“So don’t.”
“Don’t what?”
“Don’t let go.”
Tom’s POV
Then he wrapped me in a hug, the warmest hug i have ever been given.
Tord’s POV
We were just sitting there crying-
“I won’t.” tom said
“What?”
“I won’t let go, i guess i really don’t want to”
“So don’t-”
“I won’t,”
He hugged tighter.
“I promise.
