Okay. My anxiety is through the roof. I'm going over to a friend's house to spend the night tomorrow. Was already scared before anxiety kicked in because I don't do well in places that aren't my home or mind palace, let alone sleeping at one. But then my anxiety just kicked in. I haven't seen her since Halloween, what if she has changed? I mean, I know I have changed, but not by much. What is she has changed drastically? What if she isn't the friend I grew up with? The friend I talked out of suicide? The friend who has been trying to talk me out of it on the phone? I haven't seen her face in months! I haven't heard her voice since then too. The only time we talk is through text. I'm scared.
