Ok so inky turned to dust cuz MAX took his soul later on max was killed by someone...later on splatter walked by finding ink's soul in a container in maxes pocket he decited to take it to alphys but she said there was no way to get his body back till they get more dna and suplies...they coulduv done the thing like flowey but they didint like that answer so for now inky wil have a robot body like MTT....then after time passes by he will get his original body back also since max died they also took that soul and was able to use that to get started with inks body but it will take a while
