LinkIf life has its limits, why aren't the dark thoughts limited? Why do they go beyond the point where you think to kill yourself?
They are.
You limit them.
You are the one who has the power to keep them at bay.
I know, i know.

I know you are string enough to say," Hey! These thoughts are fake, and I know they aren't true!"

I was cutting myself because of it :/ still do
Please don't. Even though you may really want to, I've learned that hurting yourself physically doesn't help you feel better. Its the bad thoughts that make you feel relief when you cut, not yourself
Look, I'm pretty sure those thoughts may go away eventually if you take your mind to something else, I just hope these thoughts your are feeling or whatever won't continue forever and ever.
