-corey and Austin were both inside the casino, corey was sitting at a table playing poker with a few people, Austin was sitting at the bar, humming slightly, his tail swaying back and forth-

-the inside was very nice, it seemed it was a very high class place, there were people all around, corey hummed as she shuffled some cards- -Austin sipped on a glass of whiskey, sighing boredly-

-nobody seemed to bother them, a few people greeted them, saying welcome to the casino and whatnot- -Austin glanced over and saw them, he hasn’t seen them before so he just assumed they were new, he gave a quick nod before turning away- -corey was still not yet paying attention-

-when she fell Austin looked down to her, he hopped off his barstool and gently helped her up- you alright kid? Careful on that carpet, it does that somtimes -corey set a few cards down, grinning- I won- -she collected some money off the table-

-Austin blinked a bit, his face tinted a bit pink at the compliment, he rubbed behind his neck and looked away- o-oh uh- thank you, you don’t look bad yourself! Most people call me ugly though- -corey glanced over at him for a few moments before turning back to the game, humming a bit-

-he smiled a bit more, his face got a bit more red and he chuckled- well thank you -he held out a clawed hand to shake- I’m Austin -she hummed as she played, tapping her foot on the ground, eventually she stood up and sighed- I’m taking a break

-he nodded- nice to meet you -he nodded to her horns, his head tilted- you a demon too?- -she turned around, looking at him, she had a pretty heavy city accent- yes? Can I help you?

-he waved his hand- oh please, we all have our sins, if it makes you feel any better mine is envy -she nodded, and mouthed a small “thank you” starting back over-

-he nodded a bit and smiled- I see! Well you’re a lot cuter than some other ones I’ve seen! -she walked over to the men, she was quick to grab the one man by his hair, yanking him out of his seat and throwing him to the floor, she growled- get out of my casino- -the guy whimpered and was quick to get up and start out, she just grinned-

-he nodded a bit with a smile- yeah no problem! -she dusted her hands off and went to sit at a table-

-he blinked a bit, surprised someone would even want to hug him, he nodded and held out his arms- sure thing -she looked over to where they were, seeing Austin, her eyes got a bit wide, she wondered who the girl was-

-he hugged her back and smiled- -corey appeared angry herself, starting over as well-

-Austin’s eyes widened when he did that, then his eyes narrowed- -corey seemed shocked as well, she grabbed him by his shirt, tossing him away from her- don’t do that shit here- not in my casino-

-her eyes rolled, she looked to Austin- and who’s she? -he blinked a bit- o-oh uh, just met her boss- -she nodded-

-Austin looked to them, then to corey, his head hanging a bit- -she sighed a bit- Austin, to my office- now

-corey gripped him by the hand, starting to drag him up some stairs-

-she took him to her office, rubbing her temples- what was that all about? -he shrugged- she just wanted a hug is all

-she sighed a bit and sat back in her seat- -Austin sat on a couch in the office, looking down-

-they both stayed in the office, chatting after a bit-

-after a bit they could be heard laughing, it seemed they both got back into good moods-

-after a bit they started back down the stairs, corey said they should grab a drink, so they did, walking down and headed to the bar-

-they both sat down at the bar, talking a bit as they ordered drinks-

-they turned around, coreys brows raised but Austin smiled a bit, they both spoke- yes?

-corey blinked a bit- yeah? -Austin’s head tilted-

-they both looked at eachother, corey shrugged and Austin nodded- sure thing kid

-Austin nodded, he extended a hand out- here gimme your phone, I’ll put our numbers in for you

-he hummed a bit as he put both his and coreys numbers in her phone, he handed it back with a smile- there you go! -corey sighed a bit-

-he nodded with a sigh, turning back to the table-

-he waved bye- -corey rolled her eyes- don’t get your hopes up bud -Austin laughed- oh I wont

-Austin and corey kept chatting, chuckling a bit-

-they kept talking with eachother happily-

-once it got later in the night, corey and Austin headed up to the office to sleep-
