You could always go with alliteration like Pandora or Philomena. Otherwise I would go with a royal name since purple has always represented royalty or a futuristic name since purple is a unsettling and unnatural color. As for experience I would stick with darker colors for the hair like a dark brown to compliment the purple or a light bleach blonde if you go for the unsettling unnatural route. Hope this helps!
