basically, i've heard of some people "taking back" adopted ocs without any kind of refund... i won't do that. i'll never take an oc back unless you ask me to. if i ever do an ota, i can give back the oc if you ask me to take the adopt back. also, once you've adopted the oc, you can do whatever you like with it. change it in any way, give it to someone else, it doesn't matter. it's your character and the only thing i ask is that you draw it at least once. if you don't, that's still okay, just use it sometimes i guess.
