The reason they have the mentality of taking life with no hesitation is because -they r literally the godly being assigned to decide to preform miracles in the human world, like the miracle of life, or the miracle of survival etc etc, so they can just kill them but give them back the miracle of life to revive them for more torment -so he can just bring people back to the brink of life if he kills them, so nothing is lost he thinks this just normalizes death for him I guess??? so if she is slightly irritated at someone he kills them and brings them back later, but this is a lot of mental and psychical torment to the victims because they aren’t brought back all good healed they r literally dragged back into the living world because fate said so and have to live with the psychical wounds until healed
