LinkCan I be a therian but not necessarily “identity” as an animal? I don’t think I’m an animal. I just have connections with them in many ways. So wait, that does make me a therian, right?

LinkMy family is really disappointed in me and I can’t take it anymore
the difference is that therians are people who identify as animals, and experience animal shifts n stuff
but other hearted are people who identify WITH animals, not necessarily as one. (They may also experience shifts at times, but it's rare)
I happen to be otherhearted (still learning more about the alterhuman community), and I'm happy to try and help you if you want :)

I feel like an animal on so many levels
do more research on both subjects before saying that you are a therian
you can't force yourself to believe you're a therian whatever you are is what it is it cant be changed or forced if youre a therian you were just born that way
if you feel like youre one thats okay too!! because you might actually be one! believe what YOU want to believe im just saying do a little more research so that youre sure and you know for a fact that youre a therian
dont let anything or anyone else tell you what you are help is okay if youre confused but do research yourself

Im a therian and i don't identify AS an animal, im a human but i have strong connections with animals and such
That’s what I’m saying, my identity isn’t an animal, but I too have very strong connections with them
