Basically letting out sad feelings
like if you're feeling really down
but make it more serious
idk how to explain it
--like if a family member died
and you just need to like- talk about it
to take your mind off it and feel better
When someone is sad so they tell everyone they’re sad so they get advice to feel better
But a lot of the time users abuse this as a means to get attention and it affects actual sad people negatively
