i see you're adding wind direction but i dont see it in the rest of the drawing if yk what i mean
it would be a nice effect if there was more direction.
personally i dont think it lacks much- i know you're going to add all the special effects and shading later so it'll have much more depth
I think the wind effects on the clothes look kinda weird with the minimal wind on the rest??? 8dk if I make sense
It lacks some stuff too, Yellowmocha's comment perfectly explains it so look at theirs to see what i mean

( i’m pretty sure the red thing that the character is holding is a bunch of flowers, so i’m just gonna call them flowers )
i can’t really tell whether they’re looking at the flowers or if they’re looking out into the distance, the star eye looks like its looking at the flowers but the other eye looks like its looking somewhere else? idk how to explain it jsosjskrhkjjaja

My only thing is maybe make the leg a bit longer and that they have a black stripe of hair on one side

You should add blowing leaves and flowers! Maybe the grass could be going to the left? Since the characters' clothing is going to left the air would be pretty strong for that
