LinkProbably also because I can’t really force myself to socialize because when I do I just get overwhelmed most of the time and when I am comfortable I just don’t know what to say like 90 percent of the time so I just sit there thinking to myself I’m just adding absolutely nothing to that persona life

try starting conversations withour giving too much information about yourself and hradually start adding more or soemthing . talk to someone and ask them their favorit color or their family aniaml and respond with yours boom they know your favorite animal and color. maybe i misinterpreted thsi
