Penelope woke up midnight and decided to explore.
she slipped gently from Kindor's paws and trotted to a patch of moonlight.
Penelope was chasing a firefly,
when she heard someting behind her.
she meowed.
sady that did no good, the next thing she knew she was pinned against a rock, bleeding intensely.
She cried out in bitter distress, calling the names of her family members.
Penelope tried to run away from the scene, hoping Kindor was okay, but she was too weak to even meow.
Penelope smiled to Kindor
she was a bit better, so she could talk.
"a-are you okay? should we go back home?"
SP was awake, prepared to heal and help bc she smelled Kindor and Penelope’s blood(somehow)
Penelope crawled weakly to him and poked her head under his chin and fell asleep.
Penelope woke up quickly and softly poked her head back out from under his chin and mewed in worry.
