I'm gonna drop some lore for this ahem ahem When xi was 17, on the summer, he went mushroom picking by himself. He was peacefully picking various types of mushroom when all of a sudden he heard the bushes shake. He hesitantly looked in the bush to find a small girl. A half breed hellhound in fact. Xi was surprised since half breeds went extinct a long time ago n there was only one who was still alive. He tried talking to the little girl. She was trembling, covered in dirt. He took her to hell, back to his aunt's castle n got her cleaned. Then time went on. He met her form time to time at the children's home. As soon as he graduated, he adopted Noelle and have been living happily together ever since.

Also Noelle was made into a half breed cuz this crazy scientist guy fvcked an actual hellhound to do experiments on her n her mom. Her mom had the intelligence of an average human so she burnt the building down, sacrificing herself to save her daughter. Noelle calls xi mom cuz she hadn't learned the word dad when she met xi n stuff n it just stuck yk
